MARS Solutions Group was built on a deeply personal decision. After years in corporate IT leadership as an enterprise architect, I stepped away. Not because I lacked ambition, but because I wanted something different: flexibility, balance, and the ability to be fully present in both my work and my life. MARS is named after my family (Mona, Alisha, Rashi, Sapan) and represents the people and purpose behind everything we do. That decision became my why.

What started as a pursuit of harmony has grown into a company built to help others find it too.
