At MARS Solutions Group, the security of our systems and the privacy of our candidates and clients are paramount. We appreciate the efforts of security researchers who help us maintain a secure digital environment.

Reporting Guidelines

If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, please report it to us at info@marssg.com. We ask that you:

  • Provide a detailed description of the vulnerability, including steps to reproduce it.
  • Avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting any data that does not belong to you.
  • Give us a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issue before disclosing it to any third party.

Our Commitment

If you follow these guidelines, we commit to:

  • Acknowledging your report within 3 business days.
  • Not pursuing legal action against you for research conducted in good faith.
  • Fixing the vulnerability as promptly as possible.

Out of Scope Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
  • Social engineering or phishing of MARS employees or contractors.
  • Physical attacks against MARS infrastructure.
